Mumbai, India – Patel Engineering Ltd., a renowned player in civil construction and infrastructure development, has been awarded a major ₹958.33 crore irrigation project by the Maharashtra Krishna Valley Development Corporation (MKVDC). The project reinforces the company’s long-standing expertise in irrigation and water infrastructure across India.

The project is located at Village Kalaj in Phaltan Taluka, Satara District, and involves the construction of a Pipe Line Distribution Network for the Nira Deoghar Right Bank Main Canal and its distributaries. Patel Engineering holds a 20% stake in the joint venture, amounting to ₹191.67 crore of the total project value.

Scope and Timeline Patel Engineering

The comprehensive scope includes excavation, pipeline installation, valve and chamber placement, and a five-year operational maintenance phase following the project’s completion. The timeline for project execution is 36 months.
